Overview
शिवलोक हाईटस परियोजना में दो बहुमंजिला भवन (ब्लाक-1,2) जिसमें कुल 174 आवासीय प्रकोष्ठ (1, 2 & 3 BHK Units) एवं 28 दुकाने स्वीकृत हैं। उक्त प्रोजैक्ट को हमारे द्वारा प्रधान मंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) के मापदण्डों के तहत् स्वीकृत कराया गया हैं। यदि आप उक्त परियोजना का हिस्सा बनते हैं तो आपको निम्नानुसार लाभ होगें :-
- 1. यदि आप पहला मकान ले रहे हैं तो आप सब्सिडी के पात्र होगें।
- 2. आपका आवास ऋण त्वरित स्वीकृत होगा एवं ऋण हेतु कोई प्रक्रिया शुल्क देय नहीं होगा।
- 3. आपके मकान की कीमत पर जी.एस.टी. की दर 8 प्रतिषत होगी।
हमारे द्वारा उक्त प्रोजैक्ट में दुकानों का निर्माण एवं विक्रय भी किया जा रहा है। उक्त परियोजना में निर्मित आवासीय प्रकोष्ठों एवं हमारी संस्था द्वारा पूर्व से निर्मित कालोनी शिवलोक ग्रीन्स परियोजना में निर्मित आवासीय भवनों को जोडा जावे तो लगभग 500 परिवारों का परिसर बन जाता हैं तथा उक्त परियोजना से 500 मीटर की दूरी में लगभग 1500 परिवार वर्तमान में निवासरत हैं, जिसके कारण युवाओं/महिलाओं को रोजगार हेतु व्यापार इत्यादि प्रारंभ करने की संभावनाएं भी उपलब्ध हैं । कोई भी ग्राहक यदि चाहे तो वह दुकान तथा मकान दोनों एक साथ भी क्रय कर अपने तथा भविष्य में अपने बच्चो के लिए रोजगार सुनिश्चित कर सकता है।
